Agresso - Workaround: Display Text Files in BFCL Program

    BFCL - Bank File Convert Load Text File

Information: BFCL program within Citrix Environment.

Symptom(s):

When user tries to select .txt file format, files do not display.

Cause:

BFCL is not yet modified to handle the change of extension internally.

Resolution:

1. Click Open File.

2. Browse and select the applicable bank statement file.
3. Work around is needed when trying to Select a text file.

4. Type *.txt in the File Name text box.
5. Click Open.

6. All the text files will show for selection
7. Click on desired file to upload.

8. Click Open
9. Work around is completed. The remaining process is as normal.
