Optix - Missing Donor Requests

Issue:
Donor Requests dialog window is missing or not showing in Optix

Resolution:
If you are unable to view the Donor Requests dialog window, browse to Scan > Capture Tasks > Donor Requests as shown below.

The Donor Requests dialog window now be visible.
