Agresso - HQ Security Access Packages

This article has been created to assist  submitters of the Agresso Access Request, via Laserfiche Forms, in understanding  the Access Packages that are listed as selection options. Please note that additional packages will be added as they are standardized.

HQ Programs

HQ GFO - Directors

• Country Client Access active country clients
  • Common Read Only (AGCOM-RO)
    • Read Only access for general access in Agresso and the ability to view accounting structure including chart of accounts and account rules, exchange rate and general client setup. Also grants the ability to view the Report Log and Balance Tables.
  • AP Read Only (AP-RO)
    • This will allow the user to see AP Transactions.
  • Bank Rec Read Only (BANKREC-RO)
    • This will allow the user to see the bank reconciliation.
  • FA Read Only (FA-RO)
    • This will allow the user to see fixed assets.
  • GL Read Only (GL-RO)
    • This will allow the user to see general ledger transactions.
  • Planner Approval (PLANNER-APP)
    • This will allow the user to approve budget postbacks.
  • Project Master File Read Only (PROJECT-RO)
    • This allows the user to see the project master files.
  • Procurement - Read Only (PROCURE-RO)
    • This allows the user to view Procurement.
    HR Timesheet Country Read Only (HRTS-CTRY-RO)  ONLY FOR THE AREA and COUNTRY they oversee
    • This allows the user to see the submitted timesheets for the area/country they oversee.
  • Reporting Finance HQ (REP-FIN-HQ)
    • This allows the user to pull reports related to HQ Finance.
  • Reporting HR-Country (REP-HR-CTRY)   ONLY FOR THE AREA and COUNTRY they oversee (AA Client as well)
    • This allows the user to pull HR reports for the area/country they oversee.
  • Reporting Finance Country (REP-FIN-CTRY)
    • This allows the user to pull reports related to the Country Office financial entries.
