MaaS360 Self-Enrollment Process

Self-enrollment iPhone/iPad Instructions

These are instructions for removing AirWatch/Intelligent Hub on your iOS device and enrolling your device in IBM MaaS360.

Many of Heifer International employees have an iPhone, and as a security measure, Heifer International's ITS department will manage these devices via MaaS360.

Here are the steps required to enroll your existing device in IBM MaaS360 Mobile Device Management (MDM) per Heifer International policy.

How to Enroll in IBM MaaS360 Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Before you begin

You must have the following information before you can enroll your iOS device:

• The device passcode
• Your Apple ID
• Your Apple ID password

Complete this step to speed enrollment process:

1. Go to Settings-> iTunes and App Services-> Password Settings.  
   1. Change Free Downloads not to require Password

Procedure

1. Open the Safari browser on your device and navigate to m.dm/heifer
2. At the authentication prompt, use your Heifer ID and password.

The Mobile Device Management screen is displayed, press Continue.

3. Then Accept Terms screen is displayed.

4. The Download & Install Profile screen is displayed.
5. At the prompt, agree to allow MaaS360 to manage your device and click Install.

• For iOS 12.2 devices, the Download Profile screen is displayed. Follow these steps:
  1. Click Download to download the profile. You receive a notification that the profile is downloaded.

2. After the Profile is downloaded, go to Settings > Install Downloaded Profile and install MaaS360 MDM Enrollment to complete the profile installation.

6. Tap Install. A warning message about MaaS360 remotely managing your device to install the profile is displayed.

7. Tap Install again. The Remote Management screen is displayed.
   
   

8. Tap Trust to confirm that you trust MaaS360 to manage your device. The Profile Installed screen is displayed, Tap Done.

9. Go to the Safari browser and in the Profile Download Complete screen, click Continue.

10. The App Installation notification message is displayed, and Heifer Apps will now be installed.
11. Click Install for each notification and then close your browser. The apps are displayed on your device.You will see one of the two screens below for each App installed.Please Click on either 'Install' or 'Manage' at each prompt.

        12.  Once all apps are installed or managed, your enrollment is complete.
