Phish Alert Guide
Phish Alert Button (PAB)
As you know, it is imperative that we remain vigilant to combat ongoing phishing and security attacks. You are a key part of Heifer’s multi-tiered security approach. To help you report phishing e-mail, IT is launching a new, easy to use, cyber security tool called the Phish Alert Button (PAB).
PAB will be available on all platforms; Outlook, Outlook for Mac, Outlook for iOS, and Outlook for Android.
When do you use it?
Anytime you believe you have received a phishing email or any potentially dangerous email, click the PAB. Any emails you report using the PAB will be automatically deleted from your inbox. The emails you report will also be forwarded to a designated contact within IT for analysis, no need to contact Tech Support.
