How to edit a Distribution List in Outlook for Web.

  1. Go to Office.com and login with your Heifer credentials.
  2. Select Outlook.

 

  1. Select Settings.

 

 

  1. Search and select Distribution groups.

 

  1. This page will ask you to visit a portal to manage your distribution lists.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. A new webpage will open for Exchange Admin Center.  Select Groups I Own tab and select the group you would like to modify. 

 

7.  Once you have selected the Distribution Group to modify, select the Members Tab and scroll to the bottom of the page and click View all and manage members.  

 

8. Use the Search option to find members or click Add Members to add someone new.
