DUO Re-enrollment

Re-enrolling your DUO device 

 

This document details the process needed for the End User to re-enroll their mobile device in DUO.  

Section 1. I have a new device and still have access to the old device that is registered with DUO. 

  • Use our self-service portal located on the computer’s Desktop, (click Manage Duo
  • Verification) or use your browser to access apps.heifer.org, (click on Manage Devices
  • in the top right corner). Select add a device.  

    • Once logged in, follow the on-screen DUO enrollment instructions to complete your setup. 
    •              We strongly recommend using the DUO Mobile option to receive push notifications for ease of use. 
    • Avoid using the SMS text option, as it is less reliable. 

    Section 2. I have a new phone and do not have access to the old device that was registered in Duo. 

     

    • Request your manager or a People Department representative to email techsupport@heifer.org to request a DUO enrollment reset. 

     

    • The email must include the following details: 
    • The phone number of the device you wish to enroll in (include the country code) 
    • The type of phone (iOS or Android). 
    • After the request is processed, Tech Support will send an SMS message to the phone number provided with instructions for enrolling your new device in DUO.

    Section 3. I no longer have access to my cell phone lost or stollen. 

    • Contact your manager and CC them on an email to techsupport@heifer.org We will need confirmation from your manager if you are requesting DUO re-enrollment from an email account other than your company email.  

     

    Section 4. I do not have a company email with Heifer International but need DUO access to Heifer systems. 

    • This applies to external users that still need to access certain Heifer systems. Reach out to
    • your Heifer International contact and have them contact techsupport@heifer.org on your behalf. External requests for DUO re-enrollment / enrollment must be verified by the
    • internal team you are working with. 
    •        All other DUO related questions and inquires.
