Installing Printers with AirPrint on Mac OS


1.  Add the printer to your list of available printers: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

2.  A dialog appears listing printers on your local network. (note you must be on the same network as the printer or this method will not work)

3.  When your printer appears in the list, select your printer, then click Add.

It may take a minute or two for your printer to appear. If you see a message prompting you to download new software, make sure to download and install it.
