How to Fix/Prevent the "Cookies are not enabled for this website" Error for Corral Laserfiche Documents

Occasionally the error below is received when clicking on a file from The Corral:

 

To Prevent The Error From Occurring:

When creating a link from Weblink to copy/paste into the Corral, make sure the end of the link does not include cr=1.

If it does, remove just the cr=1 when creating or editing the link url.

 

If you get the error when clicking on a file from The Corral, again simply remove the cr=1 from the link url and click enter which should then open the web page you are trying to view.

 

NOTE:
If you save a page to your Favorites; also make sure the cr=1 is not appended on the end of the link url.If it is, remove the cr=1, and re-save the page to your Favorites.
